The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen is proud to have not one but TWO honorees for Best Dressed Jackson this year. This annual campaign raises funds for the American Cancer Society. Our hostess, Alexis Olivia and server, Zavian Burns are both nominated. Their style and dedication to giving back to their community is exactly what we love to see from our staff. To help them with their fundraising we are hosting a wine pairing class led by our sommelier, Tiffany Bobbs. There will be four rounds of food each served with three wines. Tiffany will walk you through pairing techniques for each type of food and you will get to vote on your favorite pairing. In addition, you will get to taste the two cocktails inspired by our nominees…Alexis’s “Not So Old Fashioned” and Zavian’s “Little Pink Dress.” Proceeds from all ticket sales will go to their campaigns. Raising money for cancer research and drinking good wine while you do it…that’s the “BEST” idea!
